Welcome!
My beginning in media was the YouTube channel I created to share my knowledge of reptile handling.
For the first year of my channel, I recorded everything on my cell phone. As it grew in popularity, I decided to improve on the video quality and bought my first crop-sensor camera. The next year I decided that I should learn all of the ins and outs of my recording equipment, which began my journey into photography.
I took my Canon M50 MkII APS-C camera and 75-300mm lens out to start learning the most difficult thing I could think of; bird in flight photography. As I improved my shooting technique, I needed to upgrade my gear and landed on the Canon R5 and Sigma 150-600mm contemporary lens I’m currently working with. It’s been such a joy to spend time in nature and capture those moments to share.
As I continue to grow into photography and thoroughly enjoying the art that we can create, I’m expanding to other genres such as portrait and boudoir in order to master an entirely different set of skills.
